- In 2022, TYLON acquired Asmee Chemicals Pvt Ltd. (Asmee), an Indian manufacturing company that specializes in Pharma Intermediates and Speciality Chemicals.
- ASMEE Chemicals is a research-driven company founded in 2016 to develop, manufacture & supply API intermediates complying with cGMP requirements.
- Our state-of-the-art R&D facility is located in Thane, Maharashtra area, and a collaborative cGMP manufacturing facility in the chemical zone.
- We provide Contract Development & Manufacturing (CDMO), Contract Research and Manufacturing Services (CRAMS) & Custom Synthesis for Intermediates, Fine & Speciality chemicals.
- We endeavor to achieve customer satisfaction by offering innovative & sustainable solutions in the field of organic chemical synthesis.
CHEMPHAR ORGANIC (INDIA) PVT LTD.
- In 2022, TYLON acquired another Indian manufacturing Company Chemphar Organic (I) Pvt Ltd
- Chemphar manufactures cGMP API products.Our Manufacturing facility is spread across a sprawling area, we have a well-equipped and well maintained infrastructure. The infrastructure is segregated in different sections like processing unit, quality testing unit, warehouse & packaging unit. All the units are manned by a team of diligent professionals and are hygienic and in controlled environment.
- Modern infrastructural facilities are available with us. Spacious warehouse is there along with the temperature controlled storage facilities to secure our products safely and soundly. Laboratory with all latest amenities is also maintained by us, in order to make the products according to the prescribed process and parameter.
